Valerie Kiser 

Valerie Kiser has been the owner of Sunrise Yoga Studio in Clemmons, North Carolina for 19 years.  She has been teaching for 23 years and has the titles of ERYT500 and C-IAYT (certified yoga therapist) in addition to many other certifications.  She has led 200 and 300-hour teacher training programs for 10 years and is the co-owner of East Coast Yoga Therapy which is an IAYT-accredited program that trains yoga teachers to become yoga therapists.  Prior to being in the “yoga business”, she was a computer programmer.
